Why a professional LinkedIn photo?
It’s a good idea to update your LinkedIn photo with a professional image as it can make a world of difference. Your photo helps give employers and new colleagues a first and hopefully positive impression. That’s why a professional image for your CV or LinkedIn is indispensable.
How a photo shoot works
A typical LinkedIn session takes about 30 minutes and takes place in the studio at Vesterbrogade 171 in Vesterbro. The process is simple and relaxed.
- We start with test images to find the best background and pose.
- The images are reviewed on the big screen and we adjust until you are satisfied.
- We work with smiles and facial expressions to make the image feel natural.
- You select your favorite images and I edit the selected image.
Editing includes removing impurities, lightening shadows and reducing redness, among other things. The finished images are typically delivered within a few business days.
How much does a professional LinkedIn image cost?
A LinkedIn photo shoot costs DKK 799 and includes one fully edited image in high resolution. Additional images can be purchased for DKK 250 each.
If you need more images for your website or press coverage, the portrait package with 5 images may be a better choice.

You are welcome to bring a prop.

What should I wear for my LinkedIn photo?
–Formal industries (e.g. lawyers and doctors) generally prefer a more conservative style.
–Creative industries may seem out of place with a suit and tie.
You are welcome to bring an extra outfit. We can take test shots and find the outfit that best suits the look you want.
Avoid: Many different colors, wild patterns or logos on the clothes.

Outdoor photo shoot?
Please let me know in advance if you want the photos outside.
LinkedIn recommends: Your face should fill 65-70% of the circle, so the background is only a small part of the image.
What makes a good LinkedIn image?
-Simple background so you are in focus.
-Bright and friendly image.
-A positive expression.
-The face should take up about 60% of the LinkedIn profile circle.
Choose the right colors for your LinkedIn image
–Red: Confidence and energy.
–Navy blue and black: Authority and dominance.
–Light colors: Friendliness and approachability.
–Muted colors: Conservative and less threatening.
High contrast (eg dark jacket and light shirt) can create a powerful and professional look. Avoid seasonal clothing, wild patterns or logos.
Should I wear glasses and jewelry?
Jewelry: Jewelry can complement your outfit. However, long necklaces are not recommended as they can interfere with the cropping.
