Reviewing images on Tablet/Laptop with the employee

To ensure the best experience for the employee, images are captured directly to a tablet or laptop. This allows us to see the images instantly and ensures that the employee gets images that they are happy with.

Guidance and Feedback

I give detailed instructions and corrections along the way to achieve natural and flattering images. I help them find the right position by using hand signs and descriptions of how to stand. In some cases, I'm happy to show them how I want them to stand myself. This approach ensures that employees not only get images they are happy with, but also a great experience along the way.

Selecting photos

After the session, each employee receives an email allowing them to choose their final portrait at their convenience. They also have the option to get a second opinion from a friend or partner before deciding. This flexibility ensures that employees are not in a hurry, which leads to greater satisfaction.

Professionally edited employee portraits

We offer professional editing of employee portraits, ensuring natural and flattering results. Each image is carefully adjusted to bring out the best while maintaining an authentic and professional look that matches the company's visual identity.

Are pregnancy photos as a couple or family an option?

Yes. For pregnancy photography, your partner and any older children are welcome. Having your family be part of your session will allow me to create more family-oriented images.

Intimate images of just yourself and your partner should also be considered.

If you have younger children with you, it’s important to be aware that they can be shy and may not always want to join in straight away. It often takes some time for them to settle in and I often hear parents say: “He/she never acts like that.”

To make the experience as relaxed as possible, consider bringing an extra adult to keep your child occupied while I photograph you. This way you can relax and we can create the best setting for great photos, and it might be a good idea to book the 75-minute package.

(Please write in your booking comment if you have a partner or child with you)

Which Background should we choose for the employee portraits?

The choice of background depends on the look you want for your employee portraits – and how the images will be used. Here are the most popular options:

1. uniform background (e.g. gray, white):
A classic and professional choice that ensures a consistent look across the entire team. The advantage is that this setup can easily be recreated for future photoshoots – for example, when new employees have their photos taken.

2. Free exposure / digital background:
Here the employee is photographed on a neutral background, which is then digitally removed. This allows you to choose the background yourself – for example, to match your website or presentations. It’s flexible and visually clean.

3. Office or environmental backgrounds:
For a more relaxed and personal look, we can take the portraits in your own surroundings – for example, a bright office corner or with the company premises in the background. This gives an authentic impression and can emphasize your culture and work environment.

4. Combining portrait + graphic setup:
If a plain background seems too simple, you can combine it with graphic elements in your brand colors or design style, such as a frame, color field or pattern. This gives the portrait character and a unique visual identity. See an example here:
