2. Booking and payment
- Payment is due at the end of the session. If you wish to be invoiced, this must be stated and agreed in advance – invoices are due for payment within 8 days of issue. We accept all major credit cards.
3. Cancellation and changes
- Cancellation must be made in writing by email to kontakt@weigang.dk or on +45 52233232. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the agreed time will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount, as the timeslot cannot be resold at such short notice. For repeated cancellations within 24-72 hours, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings. Changes can be made at no extra cost up to 24 hours before the shoot and must be approved in writing, after which the customer will receive a confirmation email.
4. Photography and delivery
- The photo shoot takes place at the agreed address and time. By default, it takes place at Vesterbrogade 171, 1800 Frederiksberg
- Images are delivered digitally through an online gallery or shared folder to the email provided in your booking.
5. Liability and damages
- The customer is liable for damage to the photographer’s equipment and props caused by deliberate destruction or gross negligence. We reserve the right to charge for documented repair or replacement costs in such cases.
6. Reservations and force majeure
- We reserve the right to cancel or change bookings in unforeseen circumstances (force majeure). The customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered a new booking date. If the offered date does not suit the customer, a full refund of any prepaid amounts will be given.

- Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
- We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent.
