A booking of photographic services is binding once you have received a confirmation email.
Payment is made directly after the agreement. If you want invoicing, this must be stated/agreed in advance.
We prefer credit cards and accept all major credit cards. MobilePay is also available on request.
Cancellation must be made in writing by email to kontakt@weigang.dk or +45 52233232.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total appointment amount may be charged as it is not possible to resell the timeslot with such short notice.
In the event of repeated cancellations or changes less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future bookings.
Booking changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the shoot date/appointment at no additional cost. The change request is sent as an inquiry and must be approved before it takes effect. The customer will receive a confirmation email and can also access the original booking online to see the status and any changes.
The photo shoot takes place at the agreed address and time. By default, it takes place at Islands Brygge 79a, 2300 Copenhagen S.
Images are delivered digitally through an online gallery or shared folder to the email provided in your booking.
The Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment or props that occurs during the shoot.
We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement of damage caused by the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel or change bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
The customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered a new booking date.
Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent.
